Return Process

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different scent or formula, or receive a refund to your original payment method.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a small compostable mailer and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Drop Off & Process

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received, we will process your refund or ship your new earth-friendly essentials within 5-7 business days.
